I am a professional photographer who will take eye-catching images for you to use on multiple rental platforms (like Airbnb, Plum Guide, and VRBO), social media, website, print materials, and more! I also offer drone photography and video. If you are interested in a full, in-house video tour I can do that too.
Pricing
A full interior and exterior photoshoot starts at $300.00 for a home up to 2,500 square feet. The total cost varies by home size and location. Extra services like twilight shots and drone shots can be added at an additional cost.
How It Works

There will be a $50 deposit required after the date and time are finalized.

2. Schedule and Photoshoot
I will come to your location and spend approximately 1-2 hours photographing the interior and exterior of your property and its immediate surroundings. I use a full-frame camera, wide angle 24-70mm lens, and a tripod during my shoot. Before I visit, please make sure your place is clean and styled how you would like others to see it.
3. Delivery of Photos and Payment
Your new photos will be processed, edited for corrections, and ready within 48-72 hours. Final payment will be due at time of image delivery. You will receive a minimum of 25 photos. Typically, 2-3 photos per room will be taken.
Availability
At this time, vacation rental and home photography services are only being provided on Saturdays and Sundays with limited availability.
